arrange a site inspection.
- Unable to attend? We will still review the site and discuss our findings with you when its convenient.
- Following the inspection, and follow-up discussion with you, we prepare a formal quotation. This document will summarize the trouble, outline solutions, and recommend a plan of action.
- We of course provide more than one option, and where necessary, we may provide architectural sketches to help clarify the situation.
Getting Started
- Your project begins as soon as possible, weather permitting.
- Please be sure to notify any building occupants, tenants or staff that a roofing project is commencing, and grant us
authority over the construction area.
- We'll review the project with our team, addressing specific health and safety issues, carefully planning work to avoid
risks, and set up the work site with protective equipment, barriers, clothing, etc.
- We carefully monitor weather conditions which directly affect the site and the job.
- Regularly inspect job progress and notify you of any updates or concerns.
Finishing the job
- We will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure all work has been completed properly and thoroughly, and that all
concerns have been addressed.
- When final payment is received, we issue your certificate of warranty.
